   Eight years ago we noticed a need for affordable extraction products. We set up our shop in Holland in 2000 along with 3 distributors on 3 different continents, and have never looked back. We do not ship directly from our shop and have chosen to only ship through our distributors, which saves you shipping charges, and because we donot have to ship through customs there is no duties or tax.. All our products are shipped in discreet packaging worldwide. No place too remote or too far. If you order it, we will get it there. Please be advised: If an item you order is not in stock at your local distributor, we may choose to ship your item from a different distributor at no extra shipping cost
   We do not save your personal information. However we do save your invoice number strictly for warranty information.
   Shipping times: EU and CA residents can expect an avg 14 day transit time. US residents can expect an avg 10 day transit time after ordering. U.S. residents please note: we generally do not use UPS. If you live in a remote area where mail service is not available, please contact us before ordering for other delivery options.
